WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FUTURE GROUP

Assistant to Consultant, to manage experiment projects:

Develop experimentation proposal
Design and conduct experimentation
Design data collection plan & collect data
Data management and analysis
Report on experimentation findings and recommendation
Simulation verification and validation
Training operators. Guide software engineer. Perform post experimentation knowledge management
Be the Subject-Matter-Expert on experimentation
Work collaboratively with team members across units
Manage client relationships, help clients address new needs within their organization

Candidates must:

Be a former regular SAF officer (from any Services) with holding rank of LTC / ME6. (Candidates with the holding rank of Major may apply)
Have an excellent track record in command and staff duties, particularly in the field of Operation, Plans and Project management
Prior working experience in Concept Development & Experimentation will be a solid advantage
Prior working knowledge using various kind of modelling and simulation systems will be looked upon favorably
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
Proven presentation and facilitation skills will be a plus
Have the ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
Be highly organized, self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
Have the ability to work independently, excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver according to timelines
A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
A lifelong learner who treat learning as an essential part of work

Fluency in spoken and written English

1 year contract with option of extension up to 3 years
