Management Team

Kelvin is the co-founder and Managing Director of the company. He oversees the strategic and business development in FutureGroup. He is also the prime driver for corporate knowledge management and innovation. Kelvin retired after more than 30 years of active & NS service in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) with a rank of Senior Lieutenant Colonel. He was awarded two State Medals in 2016 for his service. He is also an active grassroots leader and had served as a Town Councilor in the community. Kelvin holds a Bachelor degree in  Business, Post Graduate Certificate in Big Data Analytics, a Master Degree in  Knowledge Management and graduating Master Degree in Techno & Innovation (both from NTU). He is a KM practitioner and a lifelong learner. He attended the Concept Development & Experimentation training in Norfolk USA.  He enjoys venturing to new places.

George is a co-founder and Director (Operations) of the company. He is responsible for project management and oversees the operation of Concept Development & Experimentation Services. George retired with a rank of Lieutenant Colonel (RETD) from Singapore Army after more than 20 years of active service. He was awarded an UN Service Medal for his tour of duty in United Nation. George holds a Master degree in Organisational Leadership from Monash University, Australia. He also attended Concept Development & Experimentation training conducted by NATO School. 

Albert is a co-founder and Director (Corporate Affairs) of the company. His responsibility includes management of human Resource, finance and project management and 3rd Party Logistics operation. Albert retired with a rank of Lieutenant Colonel (RETD) from Republic Singapore Air Force after more than 20 years of active service. He had attended Concept Development & Experimentation Training conducted by NATO School.  He enjoys life by keeping fit  & going the extra mile.
